Objectives:

– To develop and pilot advanced online courses (MOOCs) based on EU experience and Egyptian and Kenyan maritime industry needs;

– To promote industry active participation in co-design of the online courses;

– To create upskilling paths in Higher education and promote use of microcredentials;

– To promote woman employability in maritime sector;

– To establish knowledge transfer and collaboration between European and Egyptian and Kenyan universities.
